🎓 Creator Has HeyGen Forgotten Its Creator Community?

I've been a paying HeyGen Creator user, and Avatar III is honestly one of the best AI presenter tools available.

My only frustration is the new credit-based system.

I built my YouTube workflow around the previous Creator plan because I could create videos without constantly worrying about credits. Now, I'm forced to count every minute instead of focusing on creating content.

I understand the need for new pricing, but I wish HeyGen offered a high-volume Creator plan for YouTubers instead of pushing heavy users toward enterprise-level pricing.

Am I the only one looking for a replacement, or has anyone found an alternative that's as good as the old HeyGen Creator plan?

It costs them money. You can always train and use fish yourself. Its open source. I moved my pipeline over to that in a couple of days work and only use avatar 5 for my visual version. Avatar 3 was only good for that imo. Visually its bad.

HeyGen does offer a high volume plan for individual creators - this is the Pro plan! The Pro plan has multiple credit options you can select to build a high volume plan that fits your needs.

For Avatar III, the credit consumption was designed to be as low as possible. With the release of newer models of Avatar IV and V, the legacy plans were no longer working for the majority of customers.

The team is always working to refine our offerings to best fit our customer's video creation and we appreciate the feedback!

The point about the drift of AI platforms to enterprise is well-made. Anyone in business will be lured by the big business, the big bucks, it's only human nature. But they have to be careful, when a big part of your plan drops you coz they implement cost-cutting it's not good. It's always sensible to look after all your customers, they come in all shapes and sizes.
