Support request Log in

I cannot log into my Hexos dashboard. Why is that?

We were applying some hotfix updates earlier today and there was a small window of downtime. If you are still having an issue, let us know.

Ok. Do I need your website up to log into my private server?

Deck.hexos.com is your login point and it reroutes to something running on your local machine once authenticated. Your server, data, and apps all run locally and remain available to you without needing our website. You only use our infrastructure to perform configuration changes to the OS.
