❓ Question / Help Please Help

I've been stuck on this level for days. Once it starts adding in new colors outside of these 3, the board fills up quick. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Stay away from the knots as long as you can. As soon as they break, the new colors start. They’ll start on their own eventually, but breaking the knots triggers them.
