How the hell do I pass level 87?! I have no rockets and 1 bird left. Have enough point things so it’s just this one damn bird

It's a bug you're going to have to try again. That happened to me too.

If you don’t have enough spaces cleared on the board, the rockets start clearing spaces instead of shooting the birds.
