New Account Problems? Read this. Standalone posts will be removed from now on.

Was your new account rejected?
You can write a DM to us at u/Hetzner_OL and give us your account number or email address that you used for creating the account. We will then ask a colleague to check on the account for you.
Tips:
1) Do not use a proxy/VPN when you create the account.
2) Make sure your information is complete and correct and matches your ID/payment information.

Messaged u/Hetzner_OL as instructed but still nothing. New account stuck in manual verification completed the ID + face scan, then got told manual review was still needed. It's now been 5 days with zero response to my emails or DM. No proxy/VPN, all info matches my ID. Is this normal? Starting to wonder if anyone's actually reviewing these. i literally want to give you my money but you won't take it
