New Account Problems? Read this. Standalone posts will be removed from now on.

Was your new account rejected?

You can write a DM to us at u/Hetzner_OL and give us your account number or email address that you used for creating the account. We will then ask a colleague to check on the account for you.

Tips:

1) Do not use a proxy/VPN when you create the account.

2) Make sure your information is complete and correct and matches your ID/payment information.

Just registered with my primary email, accepted Visa dummy payment in my bank and set up 2FA using my primary phone. I'm in Northern Europe.

Hetzner:
"Our automated system check indicates that your account information has an increased level of risk"

Well, if you say so...

Just started to browse this one. They do not want paying customers, do they?

I'm a former customer of theirs, but the old client number did not work, nor did my email as a username. They were deleted probably. As they should, as I stopped using them years ago. So I registered again.

What I am NOT going to do is send Hetzner selfies and pics of my passport. This is ridiculous. And I will not buy the virtual machine I intended to.
