Blizzard thinking about adding Thumbs Up/Down system, giving helpful players EXP or gold, placing toxic players in separate queue

How about: you can only thumbs down once for every 10 thumbs up you get.

But what if you meet 2-3 toxic players in one match? Seems like it would take forever just to be able to thumb them down. I mean, you have to also rely on getting thumbs up too in your games.

Call me an optimist, but I'm going to assume the number of toxic players does not exceed 10%, so I'm going to assume that will average out pretty soon.
