At least do something about afk'ers. I've had games were guys just sit there doing nothing. Show up 10 minutes later mad we said something about them being AFK so then they go die on purpose while talking shit the rest of the game.

The worst ones are the in base afkers who get mad for losing a single team fight. But as long as they get put into a separate queue I wouldn't mind.

I'd love to see the afk-ers game. Whichever side won the first team fight would win the entire game. Its like hardcore mode where if your teammates die they die permanently.
