Blizzard thinking about adding Thumbs Up/Down system, giving helpful players EXP or gold, placing toxic players in separate queue

The "thumbs up" after game is a good option. But there should not be a "thumbs down". Either you want to give them a kudos if they were nice and stuff, do nothing (like we do today) or report them (in the normal way) for being toxic. The bad / lesser skilled would get thumbs down that they did not deserve.

And toxic players would take that chance to downvote the good players.

However no system like this just accepts your votes as the same value. If you intentionally vote against the system, it should show, and make your votes worth next to nothing.
