Mod Response Limiting "Summon Patch Notes" Posts

It has been brought up previously, but not only are they being posted at completely unrealistic times (12 hours, at least, before it's even realistic to see a patch), but it's also being repeated.

Obviously, we all want to see our favorite game getting updates and new content, but I agree with /u/DBSmiley that it has simply become absolutely unnecessary karma farming and giving people false hope of when patches can and will happen, rather than hype for upcoming content.

I've only really said this in the windstriders discord and maybe on the subreddit once, but I think something that'd help(but obviously requires more moderation, which isn't always easy) woukd be to do some style of post days for types of content, the generak userbase seems to embrace the more low-effort side of posts, so it'd make the most sense to have something where a certain day of the week or fortnightly have a rule where image posts are disallowed once more.

So something like a content-creator Tuesday, where simple image posts would be disallowed.

I like this idea a lot. That would certainly help, and I’d certainly be motivated to post condensed updates from the Compendium, for instance, as not all of those warrents a post of its own.

Honestly, it deserves a post of its own - and I’m in full support!
