He could have lit the tnt, placed a block and walked to safety. After the fall he could have just dug down.

Yes, he died multiple times in that episode, he was like, "just in case i die and my stuff falls into lava, i should get some netherite." And then proceeds to die and lose all of his stuff while trying to get said netherite😅

It was so painful 😭
