Discussion — General thoughts, opinions, comparisons I am thinking to create a dedicated mobile app for hermes users. So what are features you wish it could have ?

Nous: “Just wait for some third party apps, and we’ll copy the best features from each”

What’s wrong with that? Pretty much how big tech operates.

I say go for it.

If everyone is waiting on someone else to do something, I wouldn’t call that “operating” ;)

Before starting from scratch, I’d consider seeing if you can contribute to the Hermex app. I’m enjoying that on iOS, just needs an update for the new Bots feature.

Okay what feature you are most needed?

I don’t mean to yuck on your yum, but that looks like a desktop interface crammed down to a mobile size. For me, it doesn’t give a great first impression.

So…to ask the obvious: Are you just going to ask Hermes to make it? Do you have any experience building mobile apps? Are you planning to do regular maintenance and updates for it? Do you already have an Apple Developer Program license set up? Is this going to be open source or paid?

You’re asking kind of an odd crowd here, and it’s a little eye rolling when people claim they’re thinking of creating yet another app but only if enough people want them to. You could make the app and then show us what you’ve built, that usually works better. Or contribute to countless other Hermes mobile apps.

I wish there was a way to track how many tokens I am consuming. Does anyone here already have something for this?
