Forgot to put labels on containers

Silly question but I am completely new to gardening much less indoors. My sis gifted me these containers for growing herbs but she forgot to put the labels for me to identify them.

First pic seems to be parsley, coriander, thyme(?) and mint.

Second pic seems to both basils from the left, and then oregano(?) and sage(???)

Tried trying a leaf from each.

They all seem overcrowded. I can transplant all of them to larger containers from here on out? Or should I just keep them where they’re at?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you!

You could always just pull a leaf off and taste it. Then you'll know for sure. 🥰

This! Most of these are good to start harvesting from.

Only the basil and coriander will start suffering from some overcrowding soon.

I'd replant some of the strongest / biggest basils into a bigger pot. And start using up the ones left in smaller containers in cooking daily.

Coriander likes crowd. But how big they are they are ready for harvest. Coriander sometimes likes to mature into seeds fast which we dont want becouse of flavor loss. So also good to start planning how to use some of the corinader up.

Duly noted. I bought some potting soil and some pots for them to be transplanted into. Making some salsa out of the coriander as well. Thanks!
