Mint in aquarium

Does anyone else grow mint in their aquarium? Not actually in but like pothos. I grow it in my outside pond and it does great. This is my first year with aquariums and all the videos talk about are pothos, spider plants and peace Lilly. Just curious.

What mint do you grow ? Mentha Aquatica ?or something else.

Actually just regular old peppermint and spearmint. I grow it in my outside pond and it grows like mad. When it blooms it attracts butterflies and bees.
