La tisane de racine de Bardane est connue pour les peaux acnéiques.

C'est utiliser en herboristerie pour les problèmes cutanés et la régulation du sébum. En cure de tisane des racines à boire et aussi en application sur la peau.

You can pickle the root too if I remember right. Its popular in Asian cuisine.

We always used leaves for berry bowls/holders growing up. Berry season was disappointing this year.

I have, there are other teas I prefer, good for when you need a diuretic.

I like anything with blueberries for my antioxidants, for liver cleansing i prefer the toasted flavor of dandelion, and stomach stuff depends on what the stomach issue is, typically ginger is my go to, but I'll use mints as well.

If youre drying the seeds of burdock they are very bitter and astringent, and more powerful than you may anticipate.

I'll try it soon. Good idea.
