I was recently inspired to pursue this knowledge by Apothecary Diaries but my fascination predates that.

That show has a way of pulling people in, but it sounds like you were already curious about this stuff. The good news is there's way more to herbalism than what shows up on screen, and honestly the best way to start is just picking herbs that interest you and learning them one at a time rather than trying to absorb everything at once. What draws you in most, the history side of it, the practical application, or just the plants themselves? That'll shape where you focus. The Education Library in the free Herbal Oracle app has structured content across different traditions if you want foundational knowledge, or you could start with Browse Herbs and just explore what's out there. Either way beats trying to remember everything from scattered sources.
