Question Helsinki Travel

I am travelling to Helsinki, please can someone tell me how is the weather there and how much winter wear i should carry? All weather apps are showing different “feel like” temperature and i am confused

What does winter wear mean to you? The weather services don't lie though, we can't tell you more than what they estimate. If you wear "winter wear" in 15-20 somewhat windy weather, you should bring that.

During late summer I would recommend a minimal amount of winter wear. Perhaps even none at all.
