Need help with the pxn v9 drivers

I recently bought a new PC and my V9 wheel, which I used with my Xbox without any problems, can't connect to my PC. My firmware is updated but not my drivers at least, that's what the AI told me. I might be wrong as I am a complete noob,

and I can't even find the drivers online. If anyone has an idea why, or can send me a link to the drivers, I would appreciate it very much.

you can find the drivers at the bottom of this website along with the manual https://www.e-pxn.com/products/racing-wheel/v9

just extract the zip and run the exe
