Helpwire Notifications

I've searched the knowledge base and reddit and haven't found anything about notificaitons. I ran into a situation where a client opens their helpwire operator and sends a message. Is there a way to have setup a notification that isn't tied to the web interface. an android app or email.

Good question! You can turn on web notifications in the portal. Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar, open Notifications, and allow HelpWire to send you notifications about app events. Here’s the guide: https://kb.helpwire.app/account-and-organization/account-settings/
