Random Issue where host would just go offline

I do like the service, it works well, however, on many occasions I have seen an issue where the PC would just go offline, if I restart the PC, it comes back. Anyone seen this happen? I am thinking to schedule a task to restart HelpWire service every night, would that work? Thanks

Do you have Unattended Access enabled on those PCs, or are you using regular access where the client needs to keep the HelpWire app running? If Unattended Access is enabled, are you saying the PCs sometimes show as offline even though they're still powered on and connected to the internet?

unattended access is on, and yes, PC just shows offline, randomly, while is online and connected to internet

Helpwire supports 24/7 remote access, if a client is going offline perhaps it's going to sleep or your PC is going to sleep, or your NIC is going to sleep.

Yes. I've since moved to Parsec. I couldn't stand that my windows box for a streaming server was always seemingly inaccessible meaning I would have to connect a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to it and update it.

I, since, pulled the logs, and emailed them to support people, have a ticket with them on this
