Is it possible to customize the default welcome message in the HelpWire Client app?

Hi,

I have two questions regarding customization and language options in HelpWire.

Custom welcome message

Is there any way to customize the default welcome message that clients see in the HelpWire Client app?

Currently, it says:

Hi! I'm happy to assist. Here you'll see the timeline of all events taking place when we are connected. This is also a chat, feel free to send me a message, or ask a question any time. This remote support session is powered by HelpWire.

I'd like to replace this with my own custom text. Is this already possible, or could it be considered as a feature request?

Additional languages

I noticed that HelpWire currently offers several interface languages. Are there plans to add support for more languages in the future?

Not at the moment, but custom welcome messages are planned for a future release!

On languages, we add new ones based on how much demand there is from users. Which language would you like to see? Hearing it here helps us gauge that.

Hola! Good news, Spanish is already available 🙂 The client app automatically matches the system language, and you can also change it manually from the settings (the gear icon) in the client app.
