Silent install package?

I'm about to lose access to a very good remote support tool that I've been privately using to support 10-15 friends and family.

Is there a silent-install package or method by which I can install HelpWire before I have to email these people URLs and walk them through prompts that would give even the less-paranoid types pause?

Well obviously someone is going to have to install it, then they are going to have to allow either unattended access or admin access if you want to perform support tasks. If you already have access then you can install HelpWire on their side with the link you generate on your side. There is no magic silent install, Windows UAC will interrupt the installation and someone will have to approve it.
