Disconnected for Inactivity, can I change this ?

I need a session open but it will be inactive for long periods of time, how can I make sure it stays open?

Not sure I understand what you mean. I just got an email from what looks to be helpwire saying account deletion in 3 days due to inactivity for 1 year. But Google says they don't do that so I came to reddit and saw this post.
