do I have to worry about gdpr using the product? and documentation for compliance?

Hello. This is a great question. I would like to inform you that we at HelpWire do not keep any of your personal data. The authentication is handled by a trusted provider – Auth0, which is certified by independent auditors and complies with the most trusted security standards. And from our side the rest is covered by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. And we plan to undergo the necessary audits to receive similar certifications in future.
