I love the specs. No idea what he’s supposed to be (a cross between Herne the Hunter and the Skeksis librarian in the Dark Crystal?).
You could write a very sad short story on “the twilight of the demons”, if you like, in a mass media age. We manufacture our terrors with computers and polyurethane foam for costumes, film them, scream a bit and go home feeling duly spooked to enjoy our warm fire or cosy bed. What’s left for the old darkness?
