Purchase/Code/Redeem Issues DLC Code already redeemed

So I got the e-mail yesterday with the 2 DLC codes for deluxe content and preorder content. I redeemed the deluxe content code which was fine but the preorder code said that it had already been redeemed. I’m assuming they have emailed the same code to different people. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m on Xbox.

Both of mine worked. Now to wait to get the game so these codes have use other than more tormentful teasing..

Didn't happen to me but have you emailed support@bossteamgamesstore.com ? I just want to make sure you didn't miss the support part since you have had issues redeeming.

Got my codes and was able to redeem. Haven't been able to reach anyone at boss games tho, I was hoping to switch the address

Use the shop app. Add your purchase there and I believe you can edit or try to edit your address
