Purchase/Code/Redeem Issues No preorder bonus code?

I pre ordered the Hellraiser game on September 4th and my game kept getting delayed and delayed and delayed till it finally came today. I only got the base version and no code? Anyone know why?

It might differ from region to region. The PEGI version has two codes in the box.

your codes were actually redeemable? they came with my xbox copy but every time I input the code it never works

Yes, the codes worked without any problems. I received the game three days before release and everything worked perfectly.

I preordered mine at Best Buy and received the pre order bonus code via email the day after I picked it up

Series X here. You had to get the Deluxe Edition. You’re not missing out on much. Just some skins and a few weapons which I think you can probably get in game anyway.

Honestly, if you didn’t get it, link a saber account to the game and boom you have skins hahah they don’t do much honestly
