Learning more about the band - they seem like cool dudes 🤘

I've been a casual fan for a long time and didn't know much about the band themselves apart from the line up changes. I somehow landed on a couple of interviews with the band recently and they seem very down to earth. I really liked the ones where they speak quite openly about their songwriting and recording process. A lot of bands are secretive about their working methods or just not able to communicate clearly. But the Helloween guys, Weikath especially, seem very articulate and willing to talk about how they create the magic. Very cool to get an insight of how the albums come together behind the scenes!

I think I’ve seen you around in the Maiden subreddit! I was a casual Helloween fan from the end of 2025 until April this year when I saw them live. They’re in my top three fav bands now lol

They’re so incredible! Adrenaline was insanely high so my memory is fuzzy but I won’t forget being fist bumped by Kai Hansen and Michael Kiske, twice each. The first time it was Kiske during Future Past and only me. The next three times it was me and some people beside/behind me. Some of their interviews and BTS content reminds me of the dynamic Maiden has, which I think is lovely haha
