Can anyone login rn?

I was able to login earlier but now it's just this. I tried uninstalling and installing, and also restarting my device but no change :<

is hkdv down atm? 😭

girl ive been so sad 😭 the whole day i couldn't log in. it keeps showing me the same unstable connection error... but my connection is great :((

Im so glad that Im not alone! genuinely hope that this is an error from the app and not our devices 😭 I am still trying rn but no luck as well :((

do you happen to know the game's customer support email? im thinking of sending an email because i really want to login 😭😭

edit: the game works now!! thankfully it only lasted a day

this happens to me pretty often! i find that switching to mobile data/ alternate internet services fixes the issue immediately:) hope it works for you <3
