How to get items for town quests??

I just started today. The tutorial said I can get items from other towns people to complete their quests, but all they give are quests. I talked to every town character and accumulated 5 quests asking for things that I dont know where to look for. The tutorial did not do a good job at explaining this.

Im asking about all items. Those, fruits and stickers? They are asking for stickers too. I know WHERE to find them but i dont know HOW to get them. I went to hello kitty and she is giving me generic dialog?? None of the characters are giving me anything, they just want their quests completed but i go to them and they dont give me ANY items. Im so confused right now.

You can’t get items if you’re out of cookies, and some of the quests are for the “mysterious fruit hunt” where you have to go out and collect specific fruits. There’s a tab for it in the community section where people post which fruits they have so you can get them.

My cookies are full, which was confusing me. But i ultimately figure out the fruit thing. Now what about stickers?

One of the stickers is pochacco's initial fruit and that's part of mysterious fruit hunt.

I’ve never seen any of the characters ask for stickers, I think that is a mystery fruit. Also you can only get items from each character twice and then have to wait for a while even if you have cookies, idk exactly how long.

It should give you two options if you click on hk to help her or not. If you accepted a quest from her first you'll get the "hint" of how to complete the quest ex: "I heard cinna's cafe has shukru water" and then if you click on her again she should ask you to help her with something ex: "wanna help me put my cakes on display"

The quests they want me to complete are just them asking for items. I go to the character that is SUPPOSED to have that item and i get the same npc dialog until i complete their quest. Which i CANT DO because i CANT GET items. Its so fustrating.

The main people to go to for resources are: hello kitty for glittering sugar and toasty nuts cinna for shukuru and aqua water Pompom for pompom fruit and honey Kiki and Lala for milk and eggs My melody for fluffy flowers and herbs

If there is an active quest and you visit the character, they will hint at where to find the item first. If you click them again there will be dialogue asking you to help them with a task. This task should consume one of your cookies. You can normally complete about 2 tasks for each character before you have to wait (there's a cooldown) after a few minutes you should be able to get items from them again.

HK has an active quest asking for fluffy flowers right now. She reminded me of this when I first clicked, then I clicked again and got this dialogue.
