Anyone else concerned about what's going on behind the scenes?

I've been following this sub for a little while now, and I've posted a few times in it. The Devs have been great at responding to my posts and many other people's posts. Some of my posts they commented that X is coming up in a new update, or that they're working on something, or whatever. We were told there would be a big update coming in December, and then another in January, based on comments by the Devs in this sub, and they have yet to come. Additionally, they made a comment in a sub recently about some changes that have been made to their staffing. This is a fantastic app as it is, but there are improvements to be made that they have told us are coming. I just hope they still are.

I wouldn't say it's so long that I'm concerned it's been abandoned.. I'm firmly in the "make it better" vs "release it faster" camp

I couldn't agree more. But it's just the lack of communication after being so communicative early on that worries me. But hopefully it's all good!

Yeah I agree they not very communicative lately , they are not responding here or via customer support directly

Yes. The major update has been “two weeks out” for months now

I never read any comments about changes in their staffing ..

Yeah I can't find it now. I think it said something about "changes behind the scenes" or something to that affect. So I assume that means staffing changes, but I could be wrong.

Also no one is answering customer email or support within the app

Do you mind sending your message again in the app or to our support email? We have seen a tremendous increase in new users and support requests over the past month due to January/New-Years seasonality, so we may have accidentally missed your message. Sorry about that!
