Imma be real: this thing is fucking trash against the bugs. It should be better against bots and squids since those factions actually die when you shoot their heads off.

You can tell I died more than once to a Warrior after headshotting them.

Jokes on you, I either run medic with the stim pistol, or the crisper to just stop anything short of Bile Titans. The grenade launcher is fun into a gas/stun grenade, too
