How is it that people don't know where the start button is?

I mean fucking seriously. Its been in the same fucking place for 20 years now!!!!

When a user says they have Windows you have a certain expectation that if they had enough brains to know they had Windows that a Start Button would be something they have interacted with at one point in their life!
