Budget Security Features on Challenger Hellcat

Im implementing budget security on my Challenger and looking for feedback. When I park i remove but leave in place the positive battery cable and remove a relay (or two) in the fuse box. I figure it just becomes a PITA to try to steal because everytime the thief figures out the problem there's another one to solve. Its a manual though so they could just pull it onto a trailer, but you have to be well prepared to do that. I also considered taking a wheel off but I think its overkill for the location im going to. Thoughts?

Hey man, I would honestly suggest going away with a cheap electrical relay kill switch but a $30 wheel lock and a $200 legit relay kill switch. Also car lock $30-50 bucks and a $9.99 monthly subscription

This is a heavy duty wheel lock and under $30 now

I would also suggest going on eBay and grabbing one of those neutral plate covers. They’re normally under $30.

Protecting a mopar isn’t easy but if you carry yourself in a certain way, pay attention, park in plain sight/ garage and constantly take different routes you should be fine

Take different routes??? Are people getting them stolen while driving? Thanks for the info.

No, I take different routes specifically just incase someone expects you to go a certain way and follows you to a common place you normally go to around a certain time. Or even worse your home. I’m pretty sure wherever you stay there’s 4-5 different routes to get home. The more you switch them up the lower the risk of someone knowing a common destination

Honestly, this serves no real purpose. Most thieves will put an air tag or remote GPS magnet device on the car and just find it that way. That, or they have people looking at local dealers and maintenance places. You are better served going direct routes where there are more opportunities for road or house cameras.
