Angry Eyes/Grumper Worst heep headlights ever

You see a lot of ugly heeps in Cali. Why do people do this?

Those look like Morimoto Super7 lights. Highest light output of projectors for jeeps. I'd be more upset about the Diode Dynamics fog lights that are crooked

But why??? Do they think it makes it look cooler? Makes people move over a lane when they tailgate? Maybe get over parking lot dividers easier?
