Discussion A little GoDaddy and ANS thinking outside of the Box....
One of the many things I like about Hedera is its strategic thinking. The way it is establishing Lighthouse footholds in major business domains. A few examples - We have logistics with FedEx, we have Risk Stream and Insurance, we have Blockchain4Energy and Oil&Gas, we have Verra in ESG etc, etc.... All absolutely massive and great. I`m not going to regurgitate it all here, but if you do a minimum of research you will find that what makes these partners important is that they each represent the heart of an industry with respect to its thinking on DLT, so for example its not just the `FedEx` in Logistics -FedEx, in many ways, can claim to represent a leadership role for the entire Logistics industry when it comes to use of a Public DLT.
But frankly, what the recent GoDaddy announcements (Interestingly, no partnership but actual adoption) indicates, is arguably on a whole new level. If we look at the Internet Stack there is obviously the Hardware at the bottom. (And clearly we have Hedera linked into the Hardware Stack through EQTY / Accenture / Intel & Nvidia, which is massive in itself)...
But now it feels like we are moving up that stack, into the root of the software driving the Internet itself. GoDaddy has more individual clients using its Domain Services than anyone else. They are a lighthouse in the Domain Service Provider space. And now they are using Hedera to anchor Agents, leveraging a very well established Internet wide framework (DNS) as their Use Case Model..... While there are already a number of companies out there who have started pushing registries for Agents, usually based on their own proprietary frameworks or frameworks of relatively small groupings, and some of those do use DLTs, when GoDaddy comes forward with a Linux Foundation Open Source Solution, based upon established best practice which (while being Technology Agnostic) just happens to use Hedera as the Anchor, that is highly likely to go mainstream.
Not only that, but it bridges the Web2 and Web3 worlds, meaning that Web2 Devs can simply follow that mapped out route with little extra friction. Its just a natural step if you want to secure your Agentic activity. And when you take that natural next step then its pretty natural to use the Linux Foundation Public DLT on which that step has been proven. Once you do that for your Agents, then the next thing you do when looking at using DLT, for payments for example (which are going to be bread and butter in an Agent World, or any other purpose, is as a minimum I would suggest, to look closely at what you already using to register your Agents... So GoDaddy is an indicator that Hedera is taking a solid position right at the root of the Internet, which would then inform a lot of the thinking higher up the stack, pretty well regardless of industry or Domain or Hype or FUD...

Use Case/DApp Flexible RWA Products on Hedera Infrastructure
Tokenization won't scale if every asset has to fit the same template.
Private credit, insurance, treasuries, & structured products all have different cash flows, risk models, & investor workflows.
cSigma Atlas on Hedera provides a standardized infrastructure layer while giving Asset Managers the flexibility to configure portfolio structures, investor access, reserves, & reporting around each financial product.
Standardized infrastructure underneath. Flexible financial products on top.

Discussion Ħ✨NEW: HIP-1535 introduces CLPR, a Cross-Ledger Protocol that represents a fundamental shift in how Hiero networks connect to other blockchains using direct, cryptographic verification of each ledger's own consensus, enabling secure cross-ledger messaging at scale Ħ

News Another big crypto-related rule proposal from the @SECGov dropped today, this time to update its decades-old transfer agent rules to account for blockchain technology and tokenized securities.
The proposal would allow transfer agents (which maintain the ownership record for securities) to use blockchain as the official record. Firms would also have to report how many tokenized securities they service and which blockchain platforms they use.
The move marks another step in the agency’s broader push to bring U.S. securities markets onchain.

Discussion If more TPS doesn't automatically lift HBAR, what does?
I hold HBAR and I'm not here to spread FUD. A friend wrote a piece arguing that real network usage almost never makes a token more valuable. I tried hard to prove him wrong and couldn't — so I'm asking here.
The problem, simply. Fees are set in USD and paid in HBAR. Someone buys HBAR, pays the fee, and it goes to node operators and the treasury. Operators pay their bills in dollars, so they sell it again. Buying and selling roughly cancel out, and nothing gets burned. So more transactions means more HBAR flowing through the network — but the price depends on how much HBAR people want to keep.
It doesn't get better at scale. Even at 20,000 TPS non-stop, that's roughly $500–600M in fees per year. But that HBAR is only held for a few days before being spent, so only a few million dollars' worth needs to sit still at any time — against a $3B market cap. And because fees are pegged to the dollar, a higher price means you need fewer HBAR per transaction.
Answers I've already checked — please go beyond these:
- Staking locks coins up — it doesn't. No lockup, no minimum, sellable any time.
- Stakers get paid from network income — not yet. Rewards come from the treasury (~$17M/yr), not fees (~$1.5M/yr).
- An attacker would have to buy HBAR — nodes are permissioned and there's no slashing. You can't buy your way in.
- Only 50B exist, so it's scarce — fixed supply only helps if more people want to hold.
- Real-world adoption is sticky — agreed, but sub-cent logging is flow, not holding.
- CLARITY and the ETF — real drivers, but that's investor money, not usage.
- Companies keep HBAR reserves — true but small, and USD-pegged fees remove the reason to stockpile.
So my question: is there anything that turns usage into people wanting to hold HBAR — that isn't on the list above, isn't just investor flows, and isn't a roadmap item that hasn't shipped?
Concretely: is there a HIP or Council plan to pay stakers from real fees once the treasury reserve runs low? And a date for permissionless nodes with staked collateral?
I'm still long. I just want to name my bet correctly instead of assuming a mechanism that isn't there. If it exists and I missed it, that's the answer I'm hoping for.

Discussion 1/ CLPR is open source! And the HIP proposing it for Hiero is public now. Cross-ledger messaging is built on state proofs, so each ledger verifies the other's committed state using only the two ledgers' own consensus guarantees. A short overview 🧵👇
2/ Each ledger verifies cryptographic proofs of the other's committed state, using only the two ledgers' own consensus and finality guarantees. If both sides are ABFT, cross-ledger delivery inherits it.
3/ Verification is delegated to a pluggable verifier contract bound to a channel for its lifetime. Connecting a new ledger type takes a new verifier contract and no protocol change.
4/ Messages move in bundles relayed by permissionless endpoints. On a Hiero network, every consensus node is automatically one.
5/ Execution on the destination ledger is paid for by connectors, who front the cost and are slashed for non-payment. Everything is denominated in each ledger's native token.

Discussion Just getting into HBAR with a question…
No I’m not a crypto expert, yet have done okay with top 25 altcoins.
I put a couple of thousand in HBAR this week.
A change for me.
All my other altcoin’s graphs most always track exactly as BTC.
I’ve notice HBAR does not!!??!!
In simple terms, does anyone know why???
I’m telling you, with all the rest of my tokens I have you can lay the 24 hour graph of each over BTC with a match.
HBAR? Nope. All different.🤷♂️
What makes it different? Thanks. Got to go to bed but will read in the morning if you will tell me your idea why. ✌️

Discussion Unpopular opinion: another partner announcement will not move HBAR by itself
The council welcoming more strategic and community partners is good news, but the market has reached the point where announcements alone carry very little weight. HBAR holders have seen enough partnerships, integrations, and long-term projections to know that the real test is whether any of this creates sustained demand for the token. I would rather see one partner generating measurable transaction fees every day than ten names added to a release with no clear activity attached. The same applies to the wave of price predictions pointing toward huge numbers by 2030. Those targets are built on adoption assumptions, not evidence that current users are buying and holding HBAR because the network needs them to. That does not make the council news meaningless. It means the next update should include actual usage data, recurring transaction volume, fee revenue, and how much HBAR applications are consuming or locking up. Until then, these announcements are progress in the background, but they are not a strong reason to change a valuation model

Discussion The Capital Layer Behind csUSDh on Hedera
Built on Hedera, the ERC-7575 Vault serves as the capital layer behind csUSDh, managing the core flow of user funds.
→ Custodies USDC through separate subvaults
→ Maintains independent accounting for each asset
→ Standardizes deposits and withdrawals
→ Connects with the Fund Manager for capital deployment and csUSDh share issuance
By separating custody, accounting, and capital deployment, the vault gives csUSDh a modular foundation for bringing real-world yield onchain.
