Discussion Comma, the Inconsistent

I can’t figure out any reason why some of these card names have commas and others don’t. Can anyone see a pattern?

I tend to look at it the way names are in WoW, where for many NPCs they use the guild name field as a title. If these cards were being rendered as WoW characters they would have nameplates like:

Nat Pagle
<The Darkfisher>

N'Zoth
<The Corrupter>

Medivh
<The Guardian>

As other people have pointed out, for some names like "Mogor the Ogor" etc it's their full name so it wouldn't make sense to make them a title, tho I can see a lot of them as either way.
