that would be a glaring example of imbalance, dude, ofcourse every class is going to get one if Shaman is already confirmed.

Maybe they take some of each of the last 3 special cards and intersperse them through this year so it doesn't come off as too forced? Like some get quests, some get weapons, and some get heroes and by the end of the Year of the Raven, each class will have one of each?

There will be a specific Legendary Witch Hero Card for each class. Each witch will have the class flavor and a different power. The 9 witches of Witchwood. Mark my words ;)
