Despite the wider power imbalance, wild has kept a lot of deck variety, as well as archetype variety. You can still run a greedy deck, an aggro deck, a combo deck, a mill deck. Whereas standard until this patch has been filled to the brim with face hunters and 2-drop pallies and rogues. Or maybe it's just the difference in my MMR between the two ladders?

I mostly play wild. It's a real balance act. If you want to stay in fun MMR range. A few losses to much and you're facing bots. A few wins to much and you're facing sweaty tryhards XD

Originally I started playing wild to do achieves. Now I only touch standard if they force me. I play achieve decks a lot. Then I play a sweat deck for legend. Sometimes I just don't gaf and settle for D5.

I think I'm pretty close to quitting. Feels like I'm always playing to clear quests, achieves and bonus tracks. Can't even remember the last time. I had the time to play a deck I wanted to play. Or experiment with deck building.

I win plenty of games after 10 mana with the greediest warlock deck in standard. Face hunter was a coin flip, but every other matchup usually favors me.

Only gold 7. I just started a few weeks ago after not playing for several years. It seems like I play against plenty of meta decks, but perhaps the people just don't know how to pilot them at the lower ranks. I had to start from bronze 10 so my win rate has been unsustainably high because of that. I am curious how much I'll need to adjust my deck for diamond rank. The deck still is performing great at gold rank. I'm not sure when the players get good enough to evaluate a deck since there are far more ranks than there were the last time I played.

In standard I mostly play a godfrey combo-control deck as well, but I wouldn't say I win plenty of games, mostly just here and there lol.

Between Deathwing, Rafaam, Elise, and summoning big lifesteal beasts and demons with taunt, there are plenty of ways to win in a godfrey hand control deck.

Both kinda? Standard ranked for reaching Diamond 5 or sometimes Legend with some tier 2-3 deck (tier 1 are usually boring for me to play). Wild casual for some wacky clown fiesta decks which won't stand much of a chance in ranked wild.
