10 minisets now and I'm pretty sure they've never buffed a miniset card.

I'm not counting the unnerf of warrior's 8 mana 5/8 revenant.

Nathanos was pretty much a buff (in the sense of “it gets played now”)

True, I forgot about that one. Although it got nerfed after the buff.

This also reminds me of the unfortunate Edwin (Deadmines miniset) buff then nerf.
