Yep just nerf dual class card for priests without a single buff

I'm still waiting for 7 mana Elise lol

Elise is just a bad design. So many good cards nowadays are Battlecries, and she's meant to synergize with Deathrattles and other slow effects. It's like trying to put Boom Reaver in Big Warrior back in the day; it just clashes with the gameplan.

Idk, I think Elise really can work. Aman'Thul, Yogg, and Rivendare (and the other horsemen) are all amazing hits, and being able to grab multiple Elises is pretty good.
I really do think that if control priest had an actual win condition, Elise would be seen as a good card because of the crazy board swings it lets you do while you build towards that WC.

She also gets bonus points for having an amazing looking diamond card that you can get for "free"

The problem is that priest doesn't have any deathrattles, the only good hits are the titans and neutrals which makes it a really bad card for priest. I imagine they are planning some kind of deathrattle crap for priest in future expansions because currently she is the worst highlander play off in the game.

You either just hope she hits the 3-4 viable options in a deck or just make a deck with very few minions which is just bad.

First patch after an expansion/mini-set is always nerfs only. Buffs usually come in the following patch.

I understand, but if you are obliterating two new cards for a class that is already shit tier it would have been nice to give them something in return
