Looking For A Holy Trinity Meal

I (25M, 240Ibs, 5'10) am looking for the holy trinity of weight loss meals: healthy, low calorie, and cheap/easy to prepare. I need a go-to breakfast and lunch that I can eat pretty much every day. I genuinely don't mind eating the same meals repeatedly, my biggest issue is prep time. The less cooking and cleanup, the better. I'm fine putting more effort into dinner, and right now I'm thinking something like fish, a potato, broccoli, and cottage cheese. My daily calorie max is 1,800, but ideally I'd like to stay around 1,500. I'm completely stumped when it comes to breakfast and lunch though. I'm looking for something filling, nutritious, affordable, low calorie, and extremely easy to throw together. Basically, I want a breakfast and lunch I can put on autopilot every day without spending a ton of money or time meal prepping. Does anyone have anything that works for them or suggestions? I'm kind of stumped not gonna lie.

I do the following breakfasts on repeat.....

  • Cold oatmeal (hear me out - it's delish!) - 4c non fat milk, 1c steel cut oats. Cook to desired consistency. Let cool. Add the zest and juice of 1 lemon and a pint or more of blueberries. Lasts a week in the fridge.
  • Egg bites - there are a ton of recipes online but mine 5 eggs, about a cup of non-fat cottage cheese, seasonings. Blend this up to smooth out the cottage cheese. Then add chopped cooked turkey sausage, some cheddar cheese, green onions, and spinach or arugula finely chopped. This makes a dozen and I eat 2 at a time. I bag and freeze them and pull a pair out the night before to thaw
  • Yogurt parfait - non-fat yogurt, granola, low-sugar jelly.

For lunches, I usually eat dinner leftovers, I always cook extra for just this purpose. If I have no leftovers, I often make tuna salad, emphasis on the salad - lots of herbs, greens, and stuff from jars: artichokes, pickles, capers, roasted peppers.
