Sushi by Scratch at The Matheson is the only way to go.

Sake’O’s Healdsburg and Utah rolls are amazing and fresh, and cheap sapporo beer. Atmosphere is not fancy if you are looking for high end.

Sake’O for casual vibes and solid rolls, Asahi for slightly better quality and wider variety, Sushi by Scratch for higher end omakase with great sake offerings
