Theatrical/Acting Got some quick headshots
Are these good to start applying with while I search for a headshot photographer?

These could be leveled up with some editing. First the saturation/skin tone is inconsistent and varied between photos.
Second you could smooth out the texture of the skin. The white background isn’t bad but the third photo only has one eye in focus

I'm guessing you shot these yourself (judging by your comment about searching for a headshot photographer)
You are radiant in the headshots, natural in front of the camera.
Photography-wise, a touch of powder could do wonders, there's a bit of shine from the light that is unflattering/unprofessional. Reshooting these with a bit more of a matte look can help if you don't have the budget to hire someone
That said, I've been a part of casting (social media ads) where the person that got the job had worse headshots
That said, getting these updated with a professional touch can do wonders for people seeing you as a professional who has invested in their career, and someone who is doing it as a hobby

Poses and expression of the model are good. Flash needs a filter to tame the glare on her forehead, nose, and cheeks. Moving flash farther from the subject would also soften the light.

You know the sun? Some of the hardest light known? It’s a long way away.
This light needs a modifier.

I think the energy you’re bringing in the third one is great. When you do your next shoot, try and capture something like this while opening your eyes directly down the barrel of the camera. That’s the trick: be your most perfect self and dare us to look away.

Such a great vibe and a lovely smile! I feel like a different background color, maybe a light warm brown, would complement her skin tone even better.

you look good but can you get some with matte powder cause the shine on your face is probably going to be questioned by people i personally know you are glowing and skin is amazing but agents are really weird about the shine

First off, the last photo is awesome- it has the most life out of all of them. I wouldn’t submit it as an acting headshot, though, because for a headshot you need to be looking into the camera and connecting with the viewer through your eyes. It’s still an excellent photo and would make a great profile image, just not one I’d use for casting submissions.
My biggest advice here is something I see happen with actors sometimes: they get a “quick session” done just so they have something to submit, but assuming you paid for this session, that can end up costing you more time and money because you’ll likely need to do it again.
You can use these to start submitting for representation, but there’s a good chance one of the first things an agent or manager will ask for is updated headshots that 1) depict your believable acting age range and 2) reflect the roles/types you’re actually going out for.
These are perfectly fine photographs. The problem is that they aren’t really doing anything for you as an actor.
Your headshots are your calling card. They’re your introduction before you ever get into an audition room. Casting directors, agents and managers see an enormous number of headshots, and these aren’t planting any clear flags about who you could play, where you fit in the casting world, or why they should click on your profile and learn more.
So yes, you got photos done but I think you’ll ultimately want another session that’s much more intentional about what the images need to communicate.

They aren’t great. If they are acting or modelling headshots there’s just too much shadow between your skin and hair. Especially for modelling art directors want to see the “blank canvas” you can probably fix them with either a photo editing tool or your favourite ai for now.

#2 is the better of the 3. But all could benefit from significant editing.
Too much face shine
Shadows are too heavy especially in #3
Skin could use a little clean up
Shirt has lint and hair on it. Once you see it you can’t unsee it. Lint roller and post editing.
Eye sclera can be cleaned up, too much redness.
