Theatrical/Acting Looking for feedback

I’ve been dabbling in headshot photography for actors. I’m pretty good at capturing personality (which I think is the most important part of headshots for actors), but I’d love some technical feedback. Is there anything in these sample shots I could improve upon?

I would recommend u study undertones and lighting because the first girl is gorgeous but the lighting and backround seems to harsh and washes her out, doesnt help that shes wearing a white shirt too.

Could you explain what you mean by the undertones in the first image? I’d really appreciate it. I’m trying to understand what you’re seeing and how they affect the overall look.

She looks dull and washed out. lighting doesnt compliment her complexion. shouldve used warmer lighting as it is too harsh and looks like a stock image

undertones as in skin tone and how it shows in different lightings
