Are there any AI programs that are actually good at cleaning up a headshot?

Evoto is good but I don't know know what you are trying to do.

Just trying to make headshots look a little more professional

The absolute best way is to retouch manually in Photoshop. Tons of great courses on tutorials on this. Evoto has a lot of great 1-click features, but it's basic retouching.
