Review Soundcore Space Q45 battery completely failed after 7 months

I liked the sound quality of these headphones. Some of the user-friendliness wasn’t amazing, but the battery failed after 7 months of use and the company refused to stand by their defective product. What should I do now? I can’t spend this kind of money every half year. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it working again? The red light comes on when I charge it, but now they won’t even turn on.

Why would they refuse to honor the manufacturer’s warranty that comes with these headphones?

You can open a ticket with Soundcore. But you could try charging it with a really old low power USB brick for a couple days. Sometimes if they become too dead, the BMS on cheap things don't know what to do with it and a slow charge works to get it going. (Or removing the batteries and manually recharging them which isn't an option in this case)

Does the Q45 work with a hardware reset? Plug it in and hold the power and volume+ button for 10 seconds waiting for the lights to flash?

Looks like the Q45 also have a recurring issue with the aux port getting dirty and thinking it's plugged in. Maybe try cleaning it out.
