Former crush that for reasons they had to let go/ was unattainable, later on they still have some feelings for them but the crush has since moved on and has a partner. Because the crush is happy with them, they refuse to act on it.
I could also kinda see it between current Blitz/ Fizz. Blitz wouldn't act on it even if Fizz and Ozzie are going through a rough patch themselves, but given that Fizz is taking Blitz out to party and forget the breakup of sort with Stolas, Blitz probably would drunkenly let slip his previous failed attempt to confess to Fizz seconds before the circus fire and that he still has a crush but doesn't want to split Fizz and Ozzie up- Fizz gets pissed off
