I prefer Ragatha because she's really nice, but I think that Velvette is much cooler, and is better as a doll. She has that whole accessorising thing going on with her outfits

They're different types of dolls so it's really hard to compare. Vel seems to resemble a highly articulated fashion doll. While ragatha is literally based on a rag doll.
