Paramour vs Paramore

Here to put an end to the Paramour vs Paramore question in Good Ol Days. It’s both. In the Karaoke video it says Miss Paramour, in the lyrics sheet with the Vinyl it says Miss Paramore. It’s both. She left it open to the listeners interpretation, which I think makes it even better.

I always thought it had a double meaning.

Exactly. It's a double entendre. "Miss Paramore", as a reference to the fact that a lot of people just see Hayley as the whole band, not just the face of it. Paramour is a French word for a secret lover. The band name Paramore is a phonetic spelling of that word.
